  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • ½ orange (cut into slices)
  • 1 ½ dry gin
  • 1 cup Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer mini in Lemon/Lime (chilled)
  • 4 mint sprigs
  1. Bring sugar & water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stir until water is dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat; pour off all but one cup of syrup, reserving any extra for another use.

  3. Heat the syrup to a boil and then reduce heat to medium.

  4. Add the cranberries and simmer for 2-3 min until they just begin to burst.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool in syrup.

  6. Place 2 T drained cranberries and 6 T cranberry syrup in a large pitcher; add the lemon wedges and orange slices.

  7. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, vigorously mash the fruit.

  8. Stir in gin and let steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain into a medium pitcher.

  9. Fill 4 glasses with crushed ice and ¼ cup Brooklyn Crafted.

  10. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour half the cranberry mixture into the shaker.

  11. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds; strain liquid into two glasses. Repeat.

  12. Mound additional ice on top of each glass and garnish with 3 candied cranberries and a mint sprig.

  • 1 part Riesling
  • 1 part Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Cranberries
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • Mint
  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher.

  2. Pour into wine glasses, add a mint leaf garnish and enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Vodka
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Carrington Farms Unflavored Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp Carrington Farms Matcha Tea Powder
  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.

  2. Shake well for 15 seconds.

  3. Strain into a tumbler and ENJOY!

  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • ¼ cup Kiwi
  • ¼ cup Kale
  • ⅔ cup White Grapes
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  1. Wash kale, white grapes and raspberries thoroughly.

  2. Remove the peel and core of the pineapple and peel the kiwi.

  3. Cut into appropriate sizes.

  4. Place lever on “close” and extract the pineapple, kiwi and kale. Once extracted, place lever on “half-open” and allow pulp to be expelled.

  5. Pour extracted pineapple, kiwi and kale juice into prepared glass.

  6. Place lever on “close” and extract the white grapes and raspberries. Once extracted, place lever on “half-open” and allow pulp to be expelled.

  7. Slowly pour extracted white grape and raspberry juice into prepared glass to create a double-layer effect.

  • 1 bottle Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva
  • 1 large Orange (sliced)
  • 1 large Apple (sliced)
  • 1 large Pear (chopped)
  • Seeds of 1 pomegranate
  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks
  1. Add fruit to a large pitcher.

  2. Top with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva.

  3. Place in fridge for an hour before serving.

  4. Spoon fruit into glass before pouring wine.

  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

  6. Add ice to top (optional).
