Get ready to enjoy these Tequila Christmas Cocktails with friends and family! Tequila isn’t typically a holiday go-to but can be used to create a host of delicious and unexpected cocktails.

CEO and co-founder of ELEVEN20 tequila Alec Tesa has shared five cocktails with us that will spice up your Christmas season!
1. Be Merry Shots
- ⅓ oz. Eleven20 Blanco Tequila
- 2 raspberries
- 1-2 fresh basil leaves
- splash of club soda (optional)
Pour Eleven20 Tequila into a shot glass and add the club soda, if desired. Gently drop the raspberries into the shot and garnish with the fresh basil leaves. Drink all at once with the raspberry (be careful not to choke!) and consume the basil leaves afterwards to complete the shot!
2. Gingerbread Margarita
- 1 oz. Eleven20 Tequila
- ½ oz. Triple sec
- ¼ oz. Gingerbread syrup
- ¼ oz. Lime juice
- Apple Slices
- Cinnamon Stick
- Rosemary
Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice. Add Eleven20 tequila, lime juice, Gingerbread syrup, Triple sec; stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rosemary (if desired), apple slices, and cinnamon stick.
3. Santa Clausarita
- 1 ½ oz. Eleven20 tequila
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. coconut cream
- 1 oz. club soda
- Red salt
Combine all liquids and ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into desired glassware. Top with club soda. Rim margarita glasses with red salt, if desired.
4. Christmas Pomegranate Paloma
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- ½ cup lime juice
- ½ cup ginger syrup
- ½ cup Eleven20 Tequila or to your liking
- 4 cups pomegranate juice
- Ginger beer for topping (or sparkling water)
Combine main ingredients in a large festive pitcher. Chill cocktail until ready to pour over ice and top off with ginger beer.
5. Holiday Tequila Spritzer
- 1 cup Eleven20 Blanco Tequila
- ½ cup Cranberry Liquor
- 2 cup Cranberry Juice
- 3 cups Cranberry Seltzer water
- Mint sprigs for garnish
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a safe, yet decorative pitcher. Please stir the liquids to your liking and then pour into appropriate glasses for the holiday season. Garnish with mint sprigs and/or fresh cranberries. Enjoy!
