One of the only fruits that tastes even better being overripe is bananas! We either eat every last one that we buy or I end up having a bunch that are saved in good faith for banana bread. I don’t like to let things go to waste, so I’ll whip up a loaf or sometimes muffins that we can grab for breakfast.
Banana pudding is another one of my favorite desserts. I love to make it at home and any time we go to a potluck dinner. My husband and I both enjoy creating cheese balls, so why not make a dessert cheese ball? You can have the best of both worlds with savory and sweet!
