I love you. I hate you. Hug me. Go away. Chocolate?!

PMS symptoms plague approximately 90% of women at some point in their lifetime. Mother Nature made her debut the summer I celebrated my 10th birthday and in the 24 years since, she hasn’t neglected her duties of torturing me. If you feel my pain, I am excited to tell you that relief can be found in Vali’s Renew PMS Relief supplements!
Renew PMS Relief helps relieve PMS symptoms!
PMS is the combination of physical and emotional symptoms that our bodies naturally experience after ovulation and before the start of our menstrual period. Some women experience very mild to almost no symptoms while others have severe symptoms that prevent normal, everyday activity. I am a part of the 5% of child-bearing age women who experience the more severe side of PMS, now often referred to as PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). Renew PMS Relief is a supplement designed to normalize hormones, relieve the painful symptoms, and support period health.
My Backstory
Mother Nature made her debut the summer that I celebrated my 10th birthday. Even though my mom had talked to me and provided educational reading material, I’m not sure that a 10 year old is honestly ready for womanhood. By the time I was 14, I was missing school because of my severe cramps and migraine headaches from the pain. My children came along when I was 19 and 21 and my doctors said that the PMS should “normalize”. Sadly, I think my life of high-stress prevented this from becoming a reality. Move ahead to 2012 – I gave up suffering solo and started seeing a doctor on a regular basis, hoping for relief.
In June 2017, my husband and I made a trip to Virginia to watch his daughter graduate from high school. On the way home, I passed out in a travel stop bathroom. Thankfully, three OB-GYN nurses were in there to help. One asked if I was pregnant and I laughed because my tubes were cut, tied, and burned eleven years earlier. I wish I knew their names because I would have sent big gift baskets thanking them not only for their kindness but also for their keen eye in their careers. By this time, I had been through the ringer with three different physicians who never once thought to check if I was pregnant. All of them did nothing more than throw medicine at ‘educated’ guesses when a clear answer wasn’t given by bloodwork, x-rays, etc.
On July 4th, 2017, I began experiencing pain so severe that I couldn’t get myself out of the floor. My husband called an ambulance, beginning the journey of a heartbreaking miscarriage. My tubes had both grown back – one completely healthy and re-attached as if nothing had ever happened and the other was slightly deformed. This is where the egg had chosen to plant itself and I experienced an ectopic pregnancy. My tubes were completely removed during an emergency c-section after the deformed tube had exploded. I almost completely bled out and left my husband without a wife and my children without a mother.
I am starting to feel my life returning to normal after a year of trying to physically and emotionally heal. My cycle has straightened out again but guess who came back – PMS! That’s why I wanted to give this formula a test run and to share my experience. If I help only one person, then my mission was accomplished!

For maximum support, take one capsule, twice per day, preferably with food. I’ve been taking the supplement for about a month and haven’t experienced any negative side effects. There also isn’t a bad aftertaste nor do I get those “supplement/vitamin” burps. The pills are easy-to-swallow (big plus for those who struggle with swallowing pills!). I am hoping that with continued use, more symptoms will disappear but I can report that the cramps were very minimal during my first PMS week since starting the supplement. While this is not meant as a “cure” or health advice, it’s simply my experience that I hope will help others.
Hello, do you still take the RENEW PMS?
If so are they still helping?
I ordered some recently I’ve had some relief with some symptoms so far.
I was wondering if they continue to help after a while of using them?
Also do you know if I can open the capsules and put the powder in juice or apple sauce?
I am still taking them and they do help calm down a lot of my symptoms – especially the run-down, flu-like feeling. While it doesn’t completely remove all of the uneasy feeling, they are definitely helping. I have not tried them in juice or apple sauce but when I was younger, I had a hard time swallowing capsules (they’d stick to my mouth and then I couldn’t swallow!) and I did that. I would check with the company to see what they recommend! Glad to hear you are getting some relief!
I just started using the capsules this week. I should start my cycle in another week give or take. I’ll definitely be keeping track of my symptoms. My question is if we only take them a week or two before the cycle and then stop taking them when it our period starts? Or should we take them everyday of the month?
Kaila – I take them every day of the month! It has helped eliminate me having to take other medications such as Advil, Tylenol, etc. Try them out for a month and let me know what you think!
Have you noticed if they have stopped your period or is it more irregular?
They have not stopped my period but they do help keep it on a more regular, predictable schedule!
