English Breakfast

If you like how the Brits do things, breakfast-wise, this hearty start to your day will be sure to give your loved one a real indulgent treat. You’ll need sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and some of your favourite bread. You can cook all of your ingredients by frying them, just make sure you start with your sausages first, as these will take 10-15 mins, whereas your tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach will take only between 3-5 minutes. The bread can be simply cut and toasted. If you prefer your eggs poached, bring a pan of water to a simmer then stir the water to create a whirlpool. Keep the heat low and cook for 3-4 minutes , not forgetting to add a drop of vinegar to the water to help the process. Combining this with some Father’s Day gifts would make for the perfect day for many Dads out there!
