One of the most valuable things I have learned as the mom to two bottomless pits sons is to ALWAYS have snacks on hand. Grab-and-go snacks are easy, but they also can be healthier than premade options if you take a little extra time to prep them. These snack cups are exactly what you need to make that happen!

And the best part is how EASY they are to make! No cooking is involved and the ingredients are easy to find at your local grocery store. You can even make them all your own by choosing your favorite type of apple to use for the cups. Honestly, you can’t go wrong whether you use a tart Granny Smith or opt for a sweeter Honeycrisp.

This recipe makes six individual servings – perfect for packing lunch boxes and prepping snacks for after school, sports practice, and afternoons. They can also be made up to use as dessert for parties! I recommend buying reusable snack containers with lids because you’ll be making these over and over!
