Healthy 30-Minute Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps on a plate ready to eat

Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ready for a delicious meal option that packs a flavorful punch and is ready within 30 minutes? If you like a mixture of sweet and spicy with a bit of a crunch, these are perfect to add to your meal plan. I love taking these to work for lunch the next day — if there are any leftovers!

The heat in this dish can be decreased or increased by adjusting the amount of crushed red pepper flakes used. Chicken easily absorbs the flavors and marinates while you’re prepping the remainder of the dish. People often prefer to use the boneless, skinless breasts; however, you can also use boneless, skinless thighs.

If you’re not a fan of lettuce wraps, you can eat this tasty chicken on top of rice or noodles.
