- 2 1/2 chicken breast pieces, cut into pieces
- 1 1/3 cup plain yogurt

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons ground pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 26 oz, family-sized can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup sour cream (use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream)
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles, prepared according to the package
- 1 box of Ritz round crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 8 oz bacon bits, fried
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 6 oz mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- Optional extras: Broccoli florets, chopped bell pepper, caramelized onions
- Olive oil for frying
The chicken: In a container, mix the yogurt, garlic, and salt. Place the chicken cubes into the marinade and rub the marinade into the chicken. Make sure each piece is well coated. Cover the dish and marinate chicken for 4 hours in the refrigerator (overnight is best).
The casserole: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the marinated chicken from the container, be sure to discard any excess marinade. In a bowl, mix the flour, panko, paprika, pepper, and salt. Fold the chicken pieces into the flour mixture and coat them thoroughly.

- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced

Sautee the onions for 5 minutes until soft, add the garlic, and sautee for one more minute. Stirring well, add the flour and combine with the butter over medium heat—Cook for 1 minute.
