Located in the Wedgewood-Houston Nashville neighborhood, on the northeast portion of the Six10 Merritt at The Finery development, Diskin Cider boasts an 8,000 square foot warehouse, featuring a tasting room, event space, outdoor patio, and full in-house cider production. They are proud to be Nashville’s first commercial craft cidery.

Diskin Cider’s crisp, flavorful and dangerously good hard ciders are kicking the overly sweet versions to the curb by giving you a full natural flavor effect of fresh-pressed apples. With a branch-to-can fresh cider, you’re going to find a new favorite beverage!

Bob’s Your Uncle – a dry English cider
Begins with brilliant apple aromas and flavors that gently transition to a traditional tannic dry finish.

Lil’ Blondie – a semi-sweet Southern cider
A crisp Southern apple cider with just the right amount of sweetness.

Six One Five – fruit cider tea
Fruit tea with the added benefit of crisp hard cider.

How is Diskin Cider different from other ciders?

First and foremost, they’re local. You can visit the cidery and check it all out for yourself from start to finish. They also only use FRESH-pressed apple juice. Get ready for a mouthful of a custom blend that is created with only real ingredients. You won’t find foreign concentrated juices, flavorings, or colorings added. It’s naturally gluten-free, too!

Host An Event at Diskin Cider!

Diskin Cider is equipped to host a party from eight to five hundred people.

  • 15 tap wall with 10 ciders, 4 local beers and 1 non-alcoholic cider

The Cidery at Diskin Cider is available to rent 7 days a week for a variety of special occasions such as corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, product launches, film productions and so much more!

The flex space is a bright, open and airy space that is fully customizable to accommodate any setup. Guests who reserve the space for a full day buyout have access from 9 AM – 11 PM (inclusive of load-in and strike). Additional time may be purchased at an hourly rate.

Diskin Cider Owners – Adam Diskin and Todd Evans

Owners Adam Diskin and Todd Evans had a vision to bring their passion for true craft cider to the Middle Tennessee and Southeast markets. As proven veterans of the hotel, real estate and start-up industries, the two embarked on their journey six years ago to bring Diskin Cider to fruition. Their collective backgrounds, compiled with intensive training from world renowned hard cider expert Peter Mitchell, makes them the perfect duo to fully realize a life-long dream in establishing Diskin Cider right in the heart of Nashville, TN.
