This Easy Rainbow Sprinkle Cheesecake Dip is the perfect sweet treat for all of your get-togethers, parties, and more. Serve with Teddy Grahams, other cookies, graham crackers, or even fruit!

At least two to three times per month, our family enjoys visiting with another couple and their kids. During our visits, we like to take quick and easy dishes that will be enjoyable to munch on. Sometimes they are heat-and-eat options, while many are no-bake like this cheesecake dip.
Adults and children will love this dip because it’s fun, sweet, colorful, and tastes really good! Using different colors and themes of sprinkles, you can change the entire look of this dip. I don’t recommend adding more than the listed amount of sprinkles because then you lose the creamy texture of the cream cheese. I’ll let you in on a little secret — that’s my favorite part!

How to Make Rainbow Sprinkle Cheesecake Dip:
For at least 30 minutes, allow your cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature. I usually allow mine to sit for at least 2 hours. This makes them both easier to work with and creamier!
With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter for 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Add the powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time, making sure it is fully-incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract and whipped topping. Beat until blended.
Add food coloring, mix well.
Add sprinkles, and stir.
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, teddy grahams, fruit, or whatever else you like!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I make this with different colors or sprinkles?
Yes, of course! It can easily be changed up to match what you have on hand. Have fun with it!
Do I have to let the cream cheese and better come to room temperature? Isn’t that unsafe?
According to the USDA, it is safe for butter to be stored at room-temp. I keep a stick in a covered butter dish on our dinner table and have never had any issues since our home’s temperature is regulated. Cream cheese can be left out safely for up to 2 hours.
