Making your own marshmallow peeps at home sounds overwhelming, but it’s actually pretty simple! The best part is how soft and fresh these are. These are cut into cute little bunnies and perfect for Easter. You can use any cookie cutters and colored sugar you like to create the designs you want.

Tips and Tricks for Homemade Marshmallow Peeps
The one tool that is going to ensure your peeps turn out perfect each and every time is a candy thermometer. I love one that clips onto the side of your pot, freeing your hands up. The oversized stay-cool handle makes for easy removal, too.
If you want to make your peeps in advance, they cam be frozen in a single layer inside of a freezer bag for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to enjoy them, defrost on the counter to room temp.
