Snack cups are exactly what kids will want to find when they open up their lunch boxes or when they walk in the door after school. Standard kids snack cups are boring! You can make these ahead of time and you’ll have one to enjoy for nearly the entire week.

Is it easier to buy premade pudding cups? Absolutely! But considering these only take about 15 minutes to whip up, I promise they will be well-worth the smiles you’ll put on your kids’ faces. Or better yet, your own when you snack on a cup yourself.

For picture purposes, I use smaller cups, but when actually making these for snacking, I use the larger 5.5 oz. plastic cups with lids. Then you can stack them up to be ready to grab out of the refrigerator and hit the road. You are welcome to use any container that fits your personal needs!

I love roasting marshmallows over a campfire to make Smores, but sometimes a campfire just isn’t possible. Skip the mess and still get delicious Smores flavor.

Ingredients and Tools You’ll Need to Make Smores Cups:

  • 5.5 oz. plastic cups
  • 3.9 oz. box of instant chocolate pudding
  • Milk
  • Graham crackers
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • Marshmallows
  • Whipped cream
  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Measuring cup

How to Make Smores Cups:

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk for two minutes. Allow five minutes to set.

While waiting on your pudding to set, place the graham crackers in a baggie. Crush using the flat side of a meat mallet or your hand. .They don’t need to be completely crushed. Chunks leftover are fine!

In your empty pudding cups, cover the bottoms with your crushed graham crackers, reserving some for another layer.

Divide your pudding evenly into the cups.

Add marshmallows on top of the pudding.

Top with the remaining crushed graham crackers, whipped cream, and chocolate chips.

Keep cold until ready to serve.

Enjoy!
