All you need is some uncooked prawns, some vegetables, sweet chili sauce, canola oil, lime juice, soy sauce, onions, and fresh coriander. Put it all in a baking tray and stick it in the oven, it couldn’t be easier.

For this, you only need some olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper, spaghetti, fresh basil, and grated lemon zest. It’s delicious and will definitely become a staple in your house for 2021. 

Curry with Cauliflower and Butternut Squash

If you’re planning on cutting down on your meat this year then you won’t find a tastier curry than this one. Again it’s a simple and easy recipe to make and you only need canola oil, an onion, some fresh ginger, cubed butternut squash or you can use Carrots or potatoes if you prefer. Then one head of cauliflower, chickpeas, a jalapeño pepper, some yellow curry powder, diced tomatoes, light coconut milk, lime juice, salt and pepper, and coriander. Easy. 

Crock-Pot Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Who doesn’t love Enchiladas? The only thing is they can take time to make, so instead, why not try this Enchilada casserole? It tastes just as good and is far easier and quicker to make. All you need for this one is can enchilada sauce, chicken breast, sweet corn, black beans, one red and one green pepper, an onion, taco cheese, and some tortillas. Then all you need to make it is a crockpot or slow cooker which you can leave to work its magic. 

Bacon & Spinach Stuffed Chicken

Finally, why not try this Bacon and Spinach Stuffed Chicken which is absolutely delicious and really easy to make. You just need some chicken breasts, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, cream cheese, frozen spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, crushed red pepper flakes, 4 strips of bacon, and extra-virgin olive oil.
