Pumpkin patches are one of my favorite parts of fall just behind the beautiful colors that nature gives us! There is something incredibly relaxing about walking around, dressed in a cozy sweater, sipping fresh hot cider while admiring the assorted mums, navigating the corn maze, and of course, enjoying a hay ride to choose a pumpkin to bring home. What is your favorite part about a pumpkin patch?
Plan ahead and make these fun jello cups to enjoy once you return from your pumpkin patch visit. The kids will love to snack on them and they are a great conversation starter to talk to your kids about their favorite parts of the trip. They can be made for parties at home, school, or to send in their lunch box as a special treat.
Not only can these be made for kids, but you can also turn them into adult treats. All you need to do is swap ½ cup of the cold water with ½ cup of your favorite white rum. Of course, be responsible and keep them separate if you make some for the kids, too!
