Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer is the perfect coffee treat as the temperatures began to cool. Enjoy a cup (or two) today!

You know Fall is coming when you see Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer!
Fall has always been my favorite season. I love the cooler temps, hoodies, color changes as the world begins to prepare for a winter slumber. Although I drink coffee year-round (yes, even when it’s 100+ degrees mid-Summer!), a big cup of coffee always hits best when the mornings are cooler.
Coffee lovers are often excited when the Pumpkin Spice flavors are released — but what if you could make it at home with less junk added? This creamer recipe creates four cups of deliciousness in less than 15 minutes. And as if you needed another reason to love your Instant Pot, this makes the process a lot easier!

Ingredients You’ll Need:
• Heavy Whipping Cream
• Pumpkin Puree
• Pumpkin Pie Spice
• Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Vanilla
• Milk
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, milk, and
vanilla.
Whisk together the pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice to the milk mixture.
Transfer everything from your medium bowl to two 2-cup mason jars.
Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot. Place your trivet inside.
Carefully, place your mason jars on the trivet. Make sure that they are stable.
Close the lid on the Instant Pot by twisting to secure. Close the value.
Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 1 minute.
Once it is done cooking, allow it to naturally release. Once it is done releasing naturally,
open your Instant Pot. With a towel, or hot pad (because jars will be hot), transfer to a
cooling rack. Allow to cool and serve with your coffee! Add whipped cream and sprinkle
with more pumpkin pie spice!
Store in the refrigerator in your jars for up to one week. Enjoy!
