YIELD: 1 SERVING

Milky Way Ice Ingredients:

2 cups hot water

10 butterfly pea flowers

Starry Night Cocktail Ingredients:

crushed ice

2 ounces vodka

1/2 ounce freshly

squeezed lime juice

4 to 6 ounces ginger beer

crushed Milky Way Ice

Milky Way Ice Instructions:

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the butterfly pea flowers.

Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

Strain out flowers and let cool.

Pour the cooled mixture into ice cube trays and freeze.

Starry Night in the Tower Instructions:

Partially fill a glass with crushed clear ice.

Top with the crushed Milky Way Ice.

Add the vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer.

Top it with additional Milky Way Ice.
