Single-Serve Desserts are all the rage for your end-of-summer shindigs! I am excited to share a few recipes with you from Sugar Bowl Bakery that will impress your guests!

Sugar Bowl Bakery is one of the largest minority-owned bakeries in America!
When the Ly brothers immigrated to the United States in 1979, they began their hard work toward achieving the American Dream. They began making pastries from scratch and sold them within their local community. Because of their use of only the finest ingredients, they were the choice spot for locals to buy delicious treats.
Today, they utilize production lines and robots to create high-quality desserts that are sold all around the world! Their product line includes:
- Palmiers
- Madeleines
- Bites
- Duet Bites®
- Fritters
My favorites are the Palmiers and Madeleines – but they are all delicious single-serve desserts! These sweet treats are available in stores such as ALDI, Albertsons, Amazon, Sam’s Club, and more. If you can’t find them in your local store, submit a request to have them check into adding the treats so you can make your own single-serve desserts.
Single-Serve Dessert Recipes
Brownie Skewers

These brownie skewers are made by sliding the Brownie Bites, strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows onto a skewer. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the skewers for a tasty presentation. The single-serve desserts are great for kids and adults to enjoy. Using the red, white, and blue theme, they are great for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Oyster & Pearl Madeleines

• Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines
• Wilton candy melts (bright white, lavender, and light blue)
• Pink buttercream
• White sixlets (or white fondant rolled into spheres)
• Gold sugars or sprinkles
• Crushed graham crackers for sand
1. Melt the white candy melts in a bowl.
2. To get a marble effect: Melt the lavender and light blue in two separate bowls. Using a spoon drizzle the blue onto the surface of the white. And then drizzle the lavender onto that. Dip madeleines and let cool and harden.
3. Decorate with sprinkles.
4. Hold the madeleine bump side up (this is the bottom shell).
5. Pipe the buttercream around the bump of the madeleine and then a little to cover the bump.
6. Place the second madeleine shell on top so that the top madeleine’s bump rests on the bottom’s bump. Gently press into the buttercream.
7. Place your pearl.
Air Fryer S’more Brownie Bites

6 Sugar Bowl Bakery Brownies Bites
6 Regular size marshmallows
2 Graham crackers cut or broken into 6 strips
1. Add 6 Sugar Bowl Bakery Brownie Bites to your air fryer on an elevated rack.
2. Make a small slit on the bottom of each marshmallow then place the marshmallows on top of each brownie bite. (Cutting the marshmallow helps them melt onto the brownie and stick better during cooking).
3. Set air fryer to “air crisp” setting (390 degrees) for 5-6 minutes
4. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing, marshmallow will be very hot.
5. Break graham crackers into strips and gently press one into each dessert.
6. Enjoy warm or save the single-serve desserts for later
These are fantastic to enjoy when it’s too rainy or cold to get outdoors and make S’mores! They would also be great for slumber parties/sleepovers to make single-serve desserts for your guests!
