  1. Those are all great suggestions! I may keep my one cup of black tea a day (gingerbread – yum!), but you’ve inspired me to look for ways to add some broccoli. I was told by a doctor once that it would be a great idea for every one to eat broccoli once a day. Won’t manage that, but I will try to add some. Thx!

  2. I really like the lemon balm idea, and can’t wait to try that wine recipe after baby arrives. Currently I am experiencing fatigue due to waking up during the middle of the night to pee or thanks to baby girl kicking my organs. Will have to try a few of these, unfortunately can’t do the salt bath either but I know for sure those would help me after my long marathon-training runs. 🙂
