Easter is always one of the brightest, most colorful holidays! I love the pastels and even the brighter yellows, pinks, purples, blues, and greens. From the decor to the desserts, they always put a smile on my face.

I have a book from my childhood, Beatrix Potter – The Complete Tales, that has lead to my love of the commercial version of the holiday. Although I have stored the book away for safe-keeping, I am still reminded of all the years I spent reading the stories between the front and back covers. Peter Cottontail was always mischievous and led me on exciting adventures.

This popcorn is quick, easy, and perfect for watching all of your favorite Easter-themed movies. The kids can help with this recipe and make each bowl unique with their choice of toppings. Feel free to mix in other tasty snacks such as marshmallows, Peeps, Cadbury mini eggs, Robin’s eggs, pretzels, and more!

I used the ‘extra butter’ popcorn, but that’s because I love a little savory with my sweet. The combination with the salt is absolute perfection in my book! You can use any kind of popcorn that satisfies your personal taste buds.
