Apple pie and ice cream are as synonymous with one another as are peanut butter and jelly. They just fit! But if it’s too hot to bake an apple pie, why not get the best of both worlds with No Churn Apple Pie Ice Cream?! Even when temperatures cool, this ice cream is a great pair for homemade apple pie. I have made this recipe with homemade apple pie filling, canned filling, and even fresh apples. I chose to feature the canned pie filling because it’s quick and easy.

Near the end of summer, I start craving fall flavors. I want to start bringing in scents of apples, cinnamon, and pumpkin into my kitchen. While I’m waiting out the heat, I like to make up a batch of no churn ice cream. These flavors all work well in the easy base recipe and there is no cooking involved.
