Now, I feel I must remind you that these are absolutely phenomenal; but you need to shoot them responsibly. They are delicious but strong. From experience, I’ll just say that shots can be sneaky if you try too many back-to-back!
These are super easy to make and create sixteen one-ounce shots per batch. Once they’re firm (after about two hours), add a little whip cream, an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon to go from a plain college-like jello shot to a more sophisticated adult shot.

Supplies You’ll Need:
- Unflavored Gelatin – You can buy the boxes with individual packs or a larger container that you’ll measure from. It all works the same!
- Tennessee Fire — By far, this is the best cinnamon whiskey on the market (and honestly, I’m not partial just because I live where it’s made — and no, they didn’t pay me to say that either).
- Apple Cider — Grab a gallon at your local store or check out a pumpkin patch/farm. We love supporting local farmers!
- Ground Cinnamon makes these look pretty and adds another touch of flavor!
- You can choose a variety of shot glass sizes, but I prefer the 1 oz. plastic ones. They’re a perfect size and these disposable shot glasses make clean up a breeze!
