Thin and thick meats do well with the three needles. If you have a larger, chunkier marinade, the 6-inch needle injects without clogs. The 12-hole 6-inch syringe is perfect for liquid marinades (this is what I used on our pork loin). For smaller cuts of meat, the 3-inch precision tip needle will give you injected flavor without tearing up the meat

Pork Loin Marinade

A flavorful marinade that leaves your meat tasty and delicious!

  • 3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.

  2. Fill the injector and inject the meat.

  3. Cook and enjoy!
