For years, I contemplated purchasing an electric ice cream churn. One went on sale during Amazon Prime Day, but I missed it (again!). So until then, I will continue using my stand mixer to create delicious, easy, no churn ice cream recipes.

S’mores flavors have increased in popularity over the past few years and when a regular reader requested the recipe, I couldn’t help but jump on it! National S’mores Day is celebrated August 10th, but I think this flavor is welcome any time.

This recipe is super easy to whip up, especially if you have a stand mixer and is ready to be placed in the freezer within 25 minutes. I always cover the loaf pan with a layer of clear wrap and aluminum foil. Make ahead of time and enjoy 24 hours later! You can enjoy this for birthday parties, anniversaries, movie nights, hot summer nights, or any time you see fit.
